Aviation Law is a complex discipline that consists of operators, pilots, mechanics, air traffic controllers, manufacturers, and the laws that govern their activities. It is a specialized field that requires not only a strong background in law but a thorough understanding of aviation.
It can include defending a pilot from a potential Federal Aviation Regulation violation or a family member who lost their life or was seriously injured in an aircraft accident.

AVIATION LAW - Aviation Law concerns airmen, mechanics, operators, manufacturers, and passengers and their compliance with governmental regulation. This compliance, among other areas of law, necessarily involves administrative law, business and commercial law, employment law, contract law, property law, and tort law. If you have a car accident, you do not want an attorney that does not drive. Similarly, if you are involved in an issue with aviation law, you do not want a lawyer that does not fly.
BUSINESS AND COMMERCIAL LAW - Small Businesses are the engines that drive the economy. They provide the jobs and products that keep a community moving and growing. Business law is the discipline that consists of business entities, business owners and operators, employees, suppliers, lenders, the customers that patronize those businesses, and the governmental regulatory agencies at the local, state, and federal levels that enforce the laws that govern their activities.
ADMINISTRATIVE LAW - People are aware of criminal and civil law. The daily news is full of articles about criminal prosecutions and civil lawsuits. A little known third area of law is administrative law, and yet the average person on is far more likely to be affected by it. If you have ever applied for a permit or license of any type, or otherwise been subject to regulatory activity, you have interacted with it. Administrative law governs the activities of local, state, and federal administrations, agencies, bureaus, and department.
At Conlin, Maloney & Miller, our commitment to better serve our clients runs deep. We understand that this can be better achieved if we are connected to a broader network of law firms. Through our membership in leading national legal networks, our attorneys maintain their ability to provide our clients with exceptional legal knowledge and quality service.
